Front Office Stream
Certificate II will provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge in both reservations and reception, to work in this growing area.
Certificate III provides students with point–of–service skills in hospitality and tourism front office systems. Skills covered include learning hotel procedures, general administrative, computer and customer skills. These are important as hotel and motel front office clerks or attendants look after the needs of guests on arrival and during their stay in the hotel or motel.
Food and Beverage Stream
Certificate II covers all the basic skills needed to work in the food and beverage area and consists of four blocks: Introductory Block, Bar and Service of Drink, Restaurant Set Up and Service, and Wine Appreciation and Service.
Certificate III is designed to give students the skills that are necessary to gain employment as a bar person, drinks, wine, food and beverage attendant.
