Certificate III in Tourism (Retail Travel Sales)

‘The world is your oyster’ with this course! Students can use their skills and expertise to create an escape from everyday life. This course offers an introduction to tourism with units on travel agency operations, including constructing international airfares, processing air documentation and performing office procedures. It also covers Virgin Atlantic Fares & Ticketing I and II (airline qualification for the construction of international airfares) and Amadeus (Computerised Reservation System).

Certificate IV in Tourism

Students that join this course will get the confidence they need to monitor staff and help them in their personal development. It covers supervision areas such as coaching others in job skills, monitoring work operations, people leadership and staff recruitment.

Diploma of Tourism

This course provides a higher step on the corporate ladder and offers a deeper understanding of the business environment in which students will operate. With this course students learn all the aspects of tourism industry management, where units covered include budget planning, business relationship management, business documents preparation and project management.

Advanced Diploma of Tourism

This comprehensive course enables students to learn about the key issues and trends concerning the industry and allows them to acquire business skills in operations management that can be used in any sector of the tourism industry or any other industry they choose. It also allows students to gain skills in marketing strategies, meeting management and workplace diversity.

Internationally Recognised Qualifications

We offer internationally recognised travel and tourism qualifications. After six months of training, students will receive the following certificates:

• Virgin Atlantic Fares and Ticketing I and II
• Amadeus Computerised Reservation System

These qualifications may allow students to work as a travel consultant anywhere in the world.
