Certificate II In Hospitality - Front Office Stream
This course will provide participants with the necessary skills and knowledge in both Reservations and Reception to work in this growing area.
Certificate III In Hospitality - Front Office Stream
This course enables you to acquire and develop point-of- service skills in hospitality and tourism front office systems. This is backed up with general administrative, accounting, computer and customer service skills. Skills learned also cover procedures in hotels, restaurants and catering institutions. Hotel and motel front office clerks or attendants look after the needs of guests on arrival and during their stay in the hotel or motel.

Dress Code
In the service industry, high standards of personal hygiene and presentation are required at all times. There is no uniform for students attending theory classes.
Youth Allowance, Austudy, Abstudy (Australian Students only)
All full-time courses of four weeks and longer at Perth Institute are Youth Allowance/Austudy/Abstudy approved. For more information, please contact the nearest Centrelink Office on 13 24 90.
